Kids friendly restaurant/cafe at Kota Kinabalu-Part 3

It's the last installment of the Kids friendly restaurant/cafe at Kota Kinabalu series Project.

Hope all of you enjoyed reading and found this series helpful in recommending a nice dining place with the fam.

So here goes..

9. Comi-Comi Bundusan

Rather hidden and unexplored, this restaurant is located at Bundusan facing the main road, you will see their orange color signage, but it is often dismissed and overlooked . Surprisingly, they've been operated since 8 years ago. It was our first time visit!

Comi-Comi has a simple All-day menu including breakfast, noodles, and local drinks. The restaurant also has share platters and dishes of meals. Their signature Pork Chop is surprisingly really good. Served with Sandwich, or Grilled Chinese Bun (Man-tou), or Noodles, its a must try from this joint.

Besides that, their Korean Ramen also is one of their must-eat item!

HIGHLIGHTS

Besides that, they cater for Kids party bento too. A good choice for Kids party!

We can customise the bento according to the kids preference and your own budget. Price range from RM11.

All in all, this cozy and hidden little gem exceeded our expectation with the quality and value of their offerings. If you found yourself wanting to explore new places other than the mainstream cafes and comes with economical prices, look no further and give Comi Comi a try, you'll love it.

10. Happy Family Noodle House

A little different from the other cafes we've tried in the past, Happy Noodles is a cheerful little restaurant in City Mall serving old time favourite kopitiam style noodles. As Asian parents, you can't go wrong with noodles, perfect for the young and old!

Their signature is their simple yet delicious Pork Noodles. Guys, sometimes less is more, and this is definitely the case. The pictures don’t lie, the dry noodles and pork broth soup are really delicious. Do yourself a favour and head down there with the fam. No fancy artsy pouched eggs and avocado toast..? no problem, this place is proof that we don't need fancy meals all the time to have a good time. Kon lau mian works just as fine!! Take it from us, it's one of our favourite go-to joint.

Happy Noodles has plenty of room, a great menu, reasonably priced, friendly staff and an all round positive vibe that make it a happy place for us to keep coming back to.
