I got a call on Monday from Zeal Cleaning Services and asked if I’m interested on their mattress cleaning services which is under promotion now.
The promotion is Free for first mattress and air purify our room. Add on RM30 on each other items. Mainly focus on killing Dust Mites!
Dust mites are generally found in beds, pillows, upholstered furniture, rugs, or other places where people sleep or sit for long periods. Dust mites require a damp environment and that is why beds are a mites favorite place to hang out.
Adult mites live for one to three months, feeding on a variety of foods including dog food, cereals, yeast and their favorite food our dead skin. They like our pets skin too. Sometimes I can feel something is biting on my skin, do you have that feeling too?
I'm a person who really scared all direct sales or hard sales products because they will keep "forcing" you to buy the products. I dunno how to reject them sometimes so it's a nightmares for me to meet sales man.
Anyway, since the deal sounds good. Me this aunty agreed for them to come on Wednesday night.
Now let me share my personal experience with Zeal Cleaning Services with you.
This is how the vacuum looks like, we actually tried on the 1st version of this machine 5 years back. But that time the salesman was selling the vacuum which cost RM8, 000 plus. Which is too much for us and the size of the vacuum is so huge!
Today that vacuum has developed to smaller size but still cost you roughly RM8, 000 to RM10, 000. So Zeal Cleaning is providing services which is a great news for us whom cannot afford to owned one vacuum like this at home!
Before she starts the cleaning, she showed us how dirty is our mattress under spot lights which we normally can't see under normal lights. It has lotsa dust in our air and even more after she brush on our mattress!
So she started vacuum on our mattress.
This is 1st round. It was so disgusting and dirty! Imagine we sleeps with these creepy dust mites every night!
2nd round. Still have but it's better!
And last round. Now it's totally clean!
With this shocking effects, we've decide to clean our L shape sofa too because we never clean it before 🙊 It's only RM30 anyway.
I heard she took a big gasp when she take off our sofa pillow 😂
Oh my gosh look at the dirts! This is already 2nd round and still so black! Sorry to all my guest who seated on it before haha.
The whole service took 1 hour 45 minutes. At the end we decided to buy a voucher which cost RM180 to use it before Chinese service for Spring cleaning.
Overall experience was good and thank God she wasn't hard sell! Feels safer and better when lying on our bed and sofas now coz we know the bed mites are gone (for few months at least) I’ve research how to avoid Dust mites.
Keep the bedroom as dust free as possible.
Cover the bedding - mattress, pillows, box springs, duvet and featherbed - with dust mite proof bed covers.
Wash your sheets weekly in hot water.
Use a denaturing allergy control product - ADMS or ADS spray, X-mite Carpet treatment - on the furniture, drapes and carpet.
The use of dehumidifiers to remove excess moisture.
From all the above, i think using Zeal Cleaning Service is much more faster and easier. Just pay for their services and they will clean all for you, hassle gone!
We feel safer when sleeping on our bed now. Good bye Bed Mites!
